Experience

Alex is an associate attorney with the firm. His practice is primarily concentrated in the areas of administrative and government law, land use and real estate law, and civil litigation. Alex was born in Delaware and graduated from the University of Pennsylvania. He then received a fellowship to attend the University of Delaware Master of Public Administration program. While pursuing his master’s degree, Alex worked on complex legal projects as a Special Projects Analyst for the Delaware State Judiciary and served as a Legal Intern for the Office of Delaware Governor John Carney. Alex received his Juris Doctor from the Temple University Beasley School of Law, where he was an active participant in the Temple Access to Justice Clinic, clerked part-time for the Honorable Karen Y. Simmons of the Municipal Court of the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania, interned for the City of Philadelphia Legal Department, and completed a summer clerkship at the Delaware Office of Defense Services. After graduating from law school, Alex served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Mark H. Conner of the Superior Court of the State of Delaware. Alex is admitted to practice law in the courts of the State of Delaware and the State of Pennsylvania. He enjoys solving complex legal problems to successfully represent clients. Alex lives in Lewes, Delaware with his wife, Haley.
