Daniel J. DeMott

Experience

Daniel is an associate attorney with the firm focusing on real estate. Daniel is a Sussex County, Delaware native, graduating from Seaford High School. From there, Daniel obtained his undergraduate degrees from the University of Delaware (B.A, Political Science), and then, earned his law degree from the Charleston School of Law, in Charleston, South Carolina (J.D.). While in law school, Daniel worked as a law clerk with the Office of the Public Defender, in Sussex County, then later, as a law clerk with a firm also located in Sussex County. Daniel graduated from law school as a Dean’s List student and with a distinction for pro bono service.

Daniel is a member of the American Bar Association, the Delaware State Bar Association, and the Sussex County Bar Association. In addition, Daniel serves as the Secretary of the Sussex County Bar Association.
