Zach focuses his practice on commercial and industrial real estate transactions, business transactions, corporate governance, and government relations. He maintains a special interest in environmentally conscious land use and ESG matters. His personal approach combines keen business savvy with tenacious collaboration in support of his client’s interests.
A Wilmington native, Zach is an alumnus of Archmere Academy (2005) and the University of Delaware (2009). After a decade as a business professional, Zach attended law school as a night student and graduated summa cum laude from Widener University – Delaware Law School (2022). He obtained Certificates of Achievement in property, civil procedure, equity, and commercial and residential real estate transactions, and was a member of the Transactional Law Honor Society.
Leveraging his business and legal experience, Zach advises clients in complex matters across an array of legal disciplines, targeting both short- and long-term goals, while limiting potential liability. He resides in Wilmington with his wife and daughter.
