John has won a long list of significant cases vindicating the rights of private property owners, including the invalidation of confiscatory zoning regulations, the reversal of permit denials for various land use projects and uses, and the successful defense of legal challenges to various commercial projects.
Nicole M. Faries
Nicole Faries practices civil litigation with a particular focus in the areas of land use, landlord and tenant law, and manufactured housing law. She has experience with jury and bench trials in the Delaware Justice of the Peace Court, Delaware Court of Common Pleas, Delaware Superior Court, and Delaware Court of Chancery as well as arguments on appeal to the Delaware Supreme Court.
