ONCE BMBFC IS ON IT I KNOW THAT WE ARE IN GOOD HANDS!
The right lawyers says it all. We have never had an issue that BMB hasn’t handled promptly and, I must say, with a high degree of competence. Whenever I contact Kevin or John, I am confident that I will get the right answer, or a referral to the right lawyer in the firm, that can advise us regarding the issue at hand. There is no need to go anywhere else. Once BMB is on it I know that we are in good hands!

BMBFC HAS BECOME OUR PRIMARY LAW FIRM
In over 35 years of developing residential and commercial projects in Delaware, I have not experienced any more effective representation than that of John Paradee, Esq.. I was very impressed with his immediate dissection and comprehension of the issues, coupled with a direct and exhaustive legal solution. John provided an artfully drafted memorandum supported by the relevant case law in a very short timeframe. All of my inquiries and concerns were addressed expeditiously and John’s attention to detail and delivery of advice was unparalleled.
Baird, Mandalas and Brockstedt has become our primary law firm, demonstrating comprehensive expertise in Real Estate settlements, Real Estate project development and documentation, as well as landlord/tenant and related bankruptcy matters as a full service law firm.
