EXPERIENCE
Mackenzie is an associate attorney with the firm. Mackenzie’s practice is concentrated in the areas of Real Estate and Land Use.
Mackenzie grew up in Rehoboth Beach before attending St. Andrew's School in Middletown. She graduated cum laude from University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies and a Concentration in Environmental Economics and Resource Policy. While at University of Delaware, Mackenzie was recognized as a Delaware Environmental Scholar. Mackenzie worked as the Director of Operations for Envirotech Environmental Consulting, Inc. before returning to law school. While at Envirotech, she managed stormwater management and maintenance programs for over 300 subdivisions in Delaware and Maryland.
She graduated cum laude from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University (Pace Law School) in White Plains, New York. She earned her Certificate in Environmental Law from Pace Law School as well as her Concentration in Real Estate and Land Use. While at Pace Law School, Mackenzie volunteered and worked for the Land Use Law Center, received a distinguished service award for her time volunteered at the Land Use Law Center, and interned at McCullough, Goldberger & Staudt in White Plains, New York.
She is actively involved in the community, being a member of the Delaware State Bar Association, a member of the Village Improvement Association (VIA), and Master Networks.
