Rob is an associate attorney in the Estate Planning and Estate Administration departments, with an additional focus in Medicaid planning, and Veterans Benefits. He is a good listener and takes pride in crafting the best plan for each individual client.
A Sussex County native, Rob grew up on both the east and west sides of the county, graduating from Cape Henlopen HS, just down the street, in Lewes. He then graduated from UMBC, earning degrees in both Political Science and Philosophy. University of Baltimore School of Law is where Rob earned his Juris Doctorate and where he had his first interaction with clients as a Rule 16 Student Lawyer. Upon being admitted to the Maryland State Bar, Rob joined a local, small Estate Planning firm, working his way up from Funding Coordinator to Associate Attorney, adding focus areas in Medicaid and Veterans Benefits. Rob became a VA-accredited attorney in 2019 and has successfully represented clients in making claims for benefits, as well as, in appealing adverse decisions by the VA.
Rob is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and their MD/DC Chapter, and he is on the Board of Directors for a local foundation that supports cancer “warriors.”
