EXPERIENCE
Steve is a partner in the firm who focuses on trial and appellate litigation in all of Delaware’s courts, serving local businesses and individuals. He handles disputes in and out of court relating to real estate, business and corporate law, fiduciary relationships, and creditors' rights. He consults with attorneys on legal writing and appellate matters.
Steve is also a member of the firm’s Mass Tort & Environmental Litigation team and has assisted clients in class action litigation in obtaining favorable results to improve environmental conditions and health hazards in their communities as well as substantial compensation. Most recently, Steve was part of the team that obtained a $65 Million class action settlement in Millsboro, Delaware for property damages and personal injuries related to air and groundwater contamination claims.
Steve lives in Lewes with his wife Jessica. He is a graduate of Cape Henlopen High School, and his family lives in the Cape region.
